If the goods are damaged, photographic evidence must be shown for a replacement of the damage item(s).
For wrongly sent items, photographic evidence must be shown with proof. The buyer will bare the postage cost of shipping back the wrongly sent item. The seller will bare the postage cost of sending the correct item.
